Transport and Accommodation
Transportation for participants will be provided by the local organizing committee for the following routes:
- Shuttle from Ambouli International Airport – Participants’ chosen accommodations upon arrival (please inform the LOC of your travel plans).
- Participants’ accommodations to Djibouti Palace Kempinski Hotel (Congress venue) from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the morning.
- From the congress venue to participants’ accommodations from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the afternoon.
- Shuttle from participants’ accommodations – Ambouli International Airport for departure
The local organizing committee (LOC) of the 13th ASFM Congress informs that accommodation costs are the responsibility of participants. Congress participants must make their reservations well in advance to avoid any unavailability during the congress dates. It is important to note that the local organizing committee has no formal affiliation with the various recommended accommodations. The information we provide serves as a general guide and is provided for informational purposes only.
