Professor of Forensic Anthropology
Founding member of the Argentine Forensic Anthropology Team (EAAF), an organization dedicated to identifying victims of human rights violations. His work has contributed to uncovering the fate of people who disappeared during the Argentine military dictatorship and to conducting forensic investigations worldwide. He has participated in missions in more than 60 countries, including Mexico, Colombia, Ethiopia, and former Yugoslavia. Fondebrider was also director of the forensic unit of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Switzerland until 2022 and currently works as a consultant based in Madrid.

Norbert Telmon

Norbert Telmon is a University Professor of Forensic Medicine and Health Law and Head of the Forensic Medicine Department at Toulouse University Hospital since 2011. He holds an HDR (Habilitation to Supervise Research) and a Doctorate in Anthropology, and has also been Director of the FOSSIL team (Forensic Sciences and the Study of Image Libraries) since 2021. He served as President of the French Society of Forensic Medicine (2016-2019) and is currently President of the National University Council for Forensic Medicine and Health Law. He has supervised numerous theses in the field of forensic medicine and anthropobiology. He is responsible for several courses at the University of Toulouse, including the University Diploma in “Personal Injury Assessment.” He has also been involved in teaching forensic medicine in Dakar for more than 20 years. His publications include 172 PubMed citations and an h-index of 25.

Danilo De Angelis

Danilo De Angelis is Professor of Legal Medicine at the University of Milan, Italy. He is a forensic odontologist at LabAnOF (Forensic Anthropology and Odontology Laboratory), University of Milan, specializing in personal identification and age estimation. His forensic and humanitarian work includes the identification of migrants, including in disaster victim scenarios, the age assessment of unaccompanied minors and the evaluation of traumatic injuries and lesions. He participates in national and international research projects, is the author of numerous international scientific publications, serves as Assistant Editor for the journal Forensic Science International and collaborates with international organizations such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology).
